Wine property 20 ha near Créon

Créon Area, in a calm and dominant environment, wine property 20 hectares of which 18 ha AOC Bordeaux Supérieur and 2 ha AOC Entre-deux-Mers.

This property is perfectly managed by an œnologue/wine maker. The vines are planted on a silty clay terroir producing well known and medalled wines.

This property has a renovated house and a second house to renovate.

The buildings are composed of a vinification shed 100 m² with stainless steel vats (1800hl capacity) thermo regulated. A former vinification shed 80 m², a hangar for the equipment, an air conditioned stock shed for bottles and several outbuildings.

The vines are 90 % red, ¾ Merlot and 10% white, Sauvignon blanc, gris and Muscadelle. They are planted on average 4000 plants per ha.

They are in very good condition with regular replants allowing quantity and production.
