The first site is in the Entre-Deux-Mers, near all comodities, comprising a XIX Century Chartreuse Girondine house 300 m², 2 other houses, a dovecote, 3 wine sheds and many other outbuildings.

The vines are 73 ha red and 19 ha white for 92 ha. The wine is vinified in the cellar with stainless steel and councrete thermo regulated vats for a capacity of 4 710 hectolitres, completed by an exterior thermo regulated vat 4 500 hl.

The second site is situated in Dordogne comprising a house to renovate 88 m², a bread oven, a tower and a well equipped wine shed 680 m².

The vines are 12 ha 32 a AOC Bergerac red and 4 ha 91 Monbazillac surrounded by 17 ha of woodland and 5 ha of land.

This whole estate is a lovely work tool in a beautiful environment with workers already in place.
